What We Collect to Launch "The Engine"
To prepare an accurate commercial proposal, we collect your name, links to your resources, and technical details provided in our specialized Excel questionnaires. As the Bureau is a "heavy AI user," your technical requirements may be processed using intelligent tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate analytics and development by 2–3x. However, we never use your confidential data for training public AI models.
How Your Data Transforms into Results
Your information is used exclusively to prepare an official contract that documents timelines and scope of work. Due to the specialist's work specifics, all communication is conducted exclusively in writing via Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp. This guarantees you an additional level of security: 100% of agreements and technical specifications are recorded in text format, eliminating the risk of "broken telephone" and providing documentary confirmation of every development stage.
Secure Storage and Zero Financial Risk
All incoming requests are duplicated to a protected Google Sheets ("Technical Requests Log") and corporate email lykich@te.net.ua. We do not collect your payment data in advance, as we adhere to the zero-risk principle: payment for services is made exclusively upon completion of work based on an acceptance certificate. You have the full right at any time to request access to your data, its correction, or complete deletion from our database by writing to us via any convenient text communication channel.
